Located in the city of Muharraq, the site offers unmatched logistical advantages due to its proximity to Bahrain International Airport to the west and Khalifa Bin Salman Port, making it a prime hub for trade and industry.

With Bahrain facing a scarcity of industrial land, the project secured a prestigious reclassification from the Bahrain Economic Development Board. The land is licensed for light industries (food production, warehousing, logistics, and transport) as well as other industrial and commercial uses – further enhancing Bahrain’s industrial landscape.
